The consultation event will allow you to share your views on the draft design options and help us create a final version. 

 

At the event, representatives from Encirc and our planning and design team will be able to discuss the proposals in detail and answer any questions you might have.

We are working towards the submission of a full planning application to Cheshire West and Chester Council in August 2026 and we would like your feedback on the proposals prior to submission.

Wednesday 12th August 2026.

There will be another opportunity for you to formally comment on the development proposal once it has been formally submitted to Chester and Cheshire West Council.
