The Site

The proposed development site is located within the existing Encirc Facility directly adjacent to the north of the existing Automated Warehouse facility, and comprises a site area of 2.5 hectares.

The site formerly comprised of a number of buildings associated with the operation of the Encirc facility and the former Ince Power Station, of which demolition works are ongoing. The ongoing demolition of works were essential due to poor structural and environmental conditions arising from the building’s age and construction materials.

 

The demolition works commenced in November 2025 and are expected to be completed by October 2026.
